The GRSE team for embedded systems specializes in the FPGA-based software development. We have implemented various systems ranging from small data processing modules to patented core IPs. Among those, there are video image processing algorithms, data compression algorithms, and high-volume data traffic handling. For development and verification, we generally utilize both the simulation environments and evaluation board hardware. Our FPGA developers are experienced in most of the FPGA series by Altera (Intel) and Xilinx. The hardware choice in most cases is up to our customers, but we always help them estimate computational power and memory resources in order to meet their specific requirements.

The development of ARM-microprocessor applications takes a large part in the GRSE portfolio. Our experience pertains to ARM processors of various families, ranging from simple systems to complex multi-core systems on a single chip (SoC). Although we are a software development company, we can also support our customers in PCB design for their target hardware. Various Internet of Things gateway devices, automotive ECU applications, and machine vision controllers can be found among our implemented projects. With the growing amount of data, it becomes even more important to understand in depth how the conventional database management systems realize and optimize single and bulk CRUD operations.
